I have been seeing that some believers and unbelievers through conversation with them that they have boxed in their view of God. Meaning the way they view God is how they have heard of Him or experienced Him. But this is such a limited view. I personally don’t remember of being healed of any disease but God is still the healer. I’ve been telling myself I truly want to believe in the God of this universe.
When the Bible says He is my provider I want to believe beyond any doubt. He is our King, Lord, Father, Creator, and so much more. He is I AM. And I haven’t even heard of everything that He is, let alone truly have I believe! He is the All in all. I truly want to believe this. I don’t want to just say it with my mouth, I want to believe. Well I’ve been sharing this with close friends and I came across this scripture today: Matt 11:6 “And blessed is He who is not stumbled because of Me”
Wow Jesus did a lot of things contrary to people’s belief of Him. He turned over tables in a temple (thats a little wild) but some wouldn’t dare call Jesus’ actions wild. He healed a man on the sabbath and the Pharisees were stumbled because of this. But we have to truly know Christ bc what if He does something contrary to our boxed view of Him. I’ve been telling people I want to take my limitations of God off of Him. He is not limited by my view, my circumstances, my resources, or me period.
Jesus said “blessed is he who is not stumbled because of Me” capital M in Me which means not stumbled by Christ. May we all take our boxed view off of Christ and truly see Him for who He reveals to us He is. This has been my experience lately seeing Him for who He reveals himself to me and it is so BEAUTIFUL. My experience and view has been heighten and enlightened.
There’s this singer Steffany Gritzell who was singing spontaneously and she had begun to sing:
“There’s a line and I’ve crossed it,
some will say that I lost it,
But who cares what the World thinks,
I’ve found my joy”
I’ve definitely crossed “the norm” line and I’ve found such a fantastic, wonderful, fulfilling joy in Christ and I WILL NEVER be the same AGAIN. I want that Paul faith, that Peter Faith and Abraham Faith. I want to truly believe regardless of how unpractical it may seem. I just want Christ! YES the Lord is practical but some things according to my view is unpractical in my eyes. But He is God and He isn’t limited by my view of Him. He will still be God and be the One fills all in all regardless if I believe, regardless if I limit my view of Him; However I have made a choice to not limit my view of Him anymore. God is the I AM. I want to experience the I AM. Lord reveal to us who you are?!
